In the light of the present management of ventilation, methane, fire and coal dust in Huainan Panji third coal mine, the technologies of Computer network, Communication, Database and modern Management are fully applied and a multi-functional coal mine safety management information system, which has the functions of distribution on the internet, invite applications for a job, the basic operation of the ventilation in the mine, accident forecast and aided decision based on J2EE criterion.The system takes used of the matured technologies of traditional C/S model and the present popular Web technologies, and effectively achieves information communication between bureau and mines' leaders and resources sharing in departments. Furthermore, the system uses the data encrypting to come true the data transfers safely, and the digital signature to carry out online approve system. The success of this system in Huainan Panji third coal mine provides effective technology assure and aided decision for the mine's safety management and plays an important role in coal mine modernization.
