At present, distance learning has already arisen out of more and more people's attention. But at the present stage, it still faces a lot of problems such as intelligence, interaction etc. Agent is an agent's entity that can study independently and adapt to the environment. Agent sums up, analyses, describes and realizes complicated, huge system with a kind of new way, reflecting a kind of new software development model. Distance learning system involves the technological question of coordination between many identities in different environments. It is inherent to demand to be undoubtedly suitable for analyzing and constructing with Agent thought. And how to measure learners' cognition and mood in distance learning in order to realize the harmonious emotion interaction taking humanism as characteristic, has already become the important subject that has been worth further investigating in present modern distance learning. Affective computing being applied to distance learning, can make teachers adjust one's own behavior and teaching tactics properly according to the state and change of emotion of learners, and make the teaching result best.The author of this paper is on the basis of studying a large number of distance learning systems and relevant technology, under the research backgrounds of the key scientific and technological brainstorm project in Tianjin province— the theory and technology in the harmonious human-computer interaction system, direct against the deficiency of the modern distance learning, propose intellectual Agent intelligence model FPBDI, and distributed intelligence interaction three-layer communication model (client layer , communication service and intermediate layer , data layer). Agent intelligence model strives to not only reflect learners' basic states such as education background, knowledge grasping level, etc. but also express learners' psychological characteristics such as cognitive ability, motive emotion, etc. thus make it can become the foundation of the harmonious distance learning system. Three-layer structure of the distributed communication model make Java Applet, which is regarded as the client, no longer needs to carry on the bottom transfer of JDBC API, but used the server to offer corresponding senior level API; And RMI application server, as the intermediate level of communication service, can add certain restraint to Client Applet's request, which can increase systematic flexibility and security, has laid the foundation for the expansion of the systematic scale in the future. Finally, the author utilizes technology such as Java, distributed object systematic RMI and JDBC, etc. to realize this model, and have reached the expectant result.
