The Application Of Radio Frequency Identification Technology In The Vehicle Information Collection System

RFID is the field that develops rapidly in recent years. In the fields that need check without touch to get and switch data such as goods management and animal management, it uses in wide areas. The management of traffic information gets more and more attention in recent years and the request for it becomes more and more strong. To realize the picking up and management of traffic information and the automation identify of the traffic, in this paper, I make use of RFID designing a picking up system of traffic information and it overcomes a lot of shortcomings of olds.On the base of comparing several RFID systems, I get the way of using the system working frequency that is 915MHz. The reader gets the traffic information by the way of reading and writing the tags under the control of the application program, at the same time, the electronic information taker is good for the automation identify .The system do better than the RFID system before on the field getting information and identifying, adapting to the needs of ITS development.The main contents this paper is the research for RFID, both in theory and actuality, designing the way by the actual needs. I design the operating system and the database system in accord to the trait of traffic information getting system for going with actual use.The system uses not only in the management of traffic information, but also other fields. The program contains the operations of traffic data, gets the needs of actual application and it is easy to link the database system with nets to realize the data sharing.
