Intelligent Embedded Systems Applied Research, In The Elevator

It is a heated issue to apply intellectual technology into embedded system. This paper first introduced the embedded system and the application and then presents the general structure of embedded system from the angle of the system demand, especially intellectualization demand. This paper analyzes the three components of the system: the elevator protocol convert card embedded sound player, up level sound management software. Finally, it talks about the problems that may encounter during the debugging of the system soft and hardware and also the ways to solve it.The multiplicity of the signals of elevator system makes the recognition of them very difficult. This paper presents the ways to classify signals of elevator system; applied generate rules and create the knowledge base of generate rules. In practice, according to specific elevator system, system self-learn mechanism is applied, which makes the installation of the system more convenient.According to the variety of different system, series-port or parallel-port signal collection can be used and the high spend serial communication modules can be realized. And this has the advantage of port type selectable, high communication speed which meets the demand. By combining the characteristics of embedded system and elevator system, applying MP3 and memorizer technology, using DA converter, power amplifier, it has the characteristics of sound customizable, small sound volume, language selectable, and clear timbre. At the mean time, it provides the customer a friendly and easy to command manage interface.The embedded elevator auto floor announcer system has the advantage of high reliability, low cost, low power consumption and generality. It can also be applied to other field after some change. Such system has already adopted by Beijing South Dongyang Elevator Corporation and the usage result is quite good.
