Microstrip-fed Slot Antennas (MSA) are quite useful in various field of applications because of their saving in cost ,size, weight and broad bandwidth. The model of MSA with single slot on microwave is mostly been investigated by many researchers, the paper of MSA antenna array on MMW is hard to find, so the research on MSA is very important.In this dissertation, the MSA has been deeply researched from two aspects of the slot theory and MMW. The dissertation mainly contains the following aspects:(1) The impedance and radiation characteristic of MSA are analyzed by using FDTD method and obtained numerical results accord with those in literatures.(2) The impedance and radiation characteristic of inclined and off-center MSA are analyzed by HFSS.(3) A MMW inclined and off-center MSA arrays has been simulated by HFSS;(4) A MMW inclined and off-center MSA array(4 X 2) has been developed, the simulated results are campared with the measurements and good agreement are obtained. |
