The study of random cellular structures by using computer simulation technology has become one of the popular fields recently. And the study of the cellular structures'simulation is the need of the scientific development. All the materials in the nature are made up of cells and their distinguishable measures vary in a big range. But they have much in common. Biological cells, geology tectonic plate's structure, liquid froth, material molecule, metal atom and so on are all cellular embodiments. By using computer program to simulate dynamic behaviors of the cellular structures, we can do statistic analysis to gain some new inspirational and unknown results. Then we can know other cellular materials much better. The study has wide application prospects in many fields such as the analysis of the metal materials, life science, biology science, geology and minerals, environment protection and so on. The thesis introduces the concepts of random cellular structures, basic knowledge of computer simulation and the Monte carlo method. Based on this and according to the featureof two-dimensional soap froth's structures, I put forward the Voronoi simulation model and Monte carlo method. I complete the whole software design and do simulation experiment on computer, then I get good simulation results. At the same time, based on the achievements I have analyzed the growth features of the bacterium, the fungus , the benign tumor and the solidification of metal,and studied them in theory. The simulation models and methods during the study can be used to the study of other similar cellular materials and have deep theoretical value. Chapter one introduces the background and task, development of the thesis. Chapter two tells the concepts of cellular structures, topological change of cellular organization, some basic principles and emphasizes on Voronoi model. Chapter three introduces Monte carlo method, the validity of the simulation of the two-dimensional soap froth and the statistic analysis based on the experiments. Chapter four analyzes the growth features of the bacterium, fungus,benign tumor and crystal of metal atom, studys their simulation in theory. Chapter five sums up the thesis and put forward advice for further applications.
