.Net Framework, the recent product of Microsoft, embodies the modern development trend of Web programming languages. Comparing with other Web programming languages, .Net Framework is absolute OOP, safer, easily transferable, independent of operating System and devices and supported by more languages.Networked control system (NCS) in real time based on Web is a new study field that integrates computer, network technology and control technology. It fully takes advantage of Network establishment and adapts to large-scale and distributing control objects.This thesis includes five parts. Chapter 1 introduces the general development of Web and some basic concept of NCS. Chapter 2 introduces the core components of .Net Framework, including Common Languages runtime (CLR) and Framework Class Library (FCL). In chapter 3, how to construct Web form based on .Net and the advantages of .Net over other Web programming languages are presented. In chapter 4, some basic concepts of motion control are mentioned, including the configuration of motion control system and its development trend; some control technologies are also presented, including PID, intelligent control, robust control and adaptive control. The application of .Net in NCS was introduced in chapter 5. In this chapter, an IIS6 Web server is first established. And then, a user login page based on ADO.NET and a digital PI controller and Fuzzy controller are constructed. Last, a simulation experiment about NCS is achieved.
