Sensor as a source of data is more and more import in information era.Along with the development of the technology of sensor and network, it is the trend to combined sensor and network. Now there are many ways to share sensor's data. The sensor based Internet/Intranet as an independent network node, which is not reported domestically, is researched.The hardware and software structure of web sensor is created in thesis.Firstly, the hardware is designed, and the network interface is researched.The different structure web sensors are designed to different applications. SLIP and ARP are applied to Data link layer.Communication is realized using MODEM, or wireless TC35 or Ethernet interface chip.The software structure is designed and embedded operation system and TCP/IP are ported to the embedded system.Based on the theory of web sensor, SAW(surface acoustic wave) press web sensor is realized. Client can browse the data of the sensor by Internet Explorer.In addition, according to the characteristic of saw sensor, equally accurate measuring frequency fits to measure the frequency, which represents the press. By utilizing the powerful processing ability of ARM CPU, the data of saw sensor are compensated by BP neural network.This way to compensate sensor data also fits to other sensor.Client can not only get the data of web sensor but also control web sensor by the command through HTTP (Hyper Text Transfer Protocol).
