First, it give a simple introduction of the situation of YangChengTong-card sale and charge system in other commercial bank and the origin of the problem and system feasibility and the meaning of researching the system. Then, it discuss the requirement analysis and design of whole system. Finally, the concrete examples and accomplished codes of terminal business window and backstage management system.The system is based on structure of C/S and Informix 7.2 Esql/C, it is developed by Unix and C++ Builder. It has many feature such as friendly interface, convenient operating, data security and high dependability etc. With the application of the system , it will bring more convenience for the large citizen and heighten the level of city resident's life.
