With the development of Internet/Intranet technology, the enterprise information management system based on B/S (Browse/Server) has become popular. It is easy to develop, manage, and maintenance the web application. But there are also some problems, such as the difficulty to reuse the code and recombine the system. To solve the problem it becomes necessary to rebuild the application system of the enterprise and bring it into conformity and to integrate various application processes. Traditional applied integration scheme adopted enclosed information-integration platform to solve problems of applied integration which with its special standard, was lack of openness and expansibility. As a result, the solution to the problem cost a lot.As the new Microsoft platform, the strategy of .NET Framework is that all equipments are connected each other by Internet and all software will be the service on Internet. Web service is the pivotal technology to realize the stratagem. NET introduces a series of new conceptions. Common Language Runtime let .NET have the feature of cross-language integration; .NET components are self-describing components because of Metadata; Assembly simplifies the configuration and deployment of applications. Meanwhile, .NET adopts many security policies. The developer using .NET can choose one of authentication modules to certificate the identities of web users, which ensures .NET has high security.Web service is on the basis of the internet standard, such as XML, SOAP, WSDL and UDDL on web service, service provider configure and release the web service by service broker, and that service requester seek for the applied service by service broker and be in binding with these services, so that it can constitute the affiliation between service provider and service requester. In three operations of release, seeking and binding, release make use of UDDI technology, seeking operation use the combination of UDDI technology and WSDL technology, moreover binding use the combination of WSDL technology and SOAP technology. There into, binding operation is the best important, it is the alternating operation between applied service and idiographic actualize of applied service.On the bases of the deeply study to the web service in .NET Framework, this paper describe the whole process from realizing the HiTe- Rapid Biding System, the system based on the B/S mode is developed, the web form is made of ASP.NET. We make use of Visual Studio. NET 2003 and C# as the development tools, SQL Server 2000 as the database management system,IIS6.0 as the information service.
