Teacher Action Research is a method of educational research, which isintroduced into our country in the 1980s'. It improves teachers to find questions intheir teaching life, solving the questions by systematic steps and improves theirselves in this procedure. Its appearance filled up the gulf of educational researchand practice, and thus became of a very important way of teachers'professionaldevelopment.The paper is intended to analysis the theoretical foundations of teacher actionresearch from the background of educational philosophy, and analysis itsdeveloping status, pattern and problems in our country currently. And then raise amodel of doing action research in the information background.In the same time, I practice the action research method with some schoolteachers , and designed an action research supporting system(ARSS) after surveyand analysis .The ARSS is aimed to fill the needs of teachers in their actionresearch procedure, and help them to develop the action research in a moreeffective way. |
