Nowadays, along with the market economy's development and higher requirements for liquids flow and its total flow, flux measurement is becoming more and more important especially in product quantity, energy saving, economy check and enterprise performance. Scientists have developed varieties of flow-meters with each characteristics by ceaselessly hard working and exploring. Votex flow-meter is widely used in the market and many countries have paid more attentions to its standardizing work. It will play chief role in industry manufacturing.Low Power Multi-variable Vortex Transducer was developed on base of conventional votex flow-meter. With further improvement in mechanism, the whole structure of the transducer is realized single-body. The whole system was low power design and two-wire supply with total power under 2 mA , including sensors selecting, hardware designing and module programming. It can measure pressure, temperature and flow at the same time and realize the mass measurement by pressure and temperature compensating. This paper primarily introduced the work principle of the Low Power Multi-variable Vortex Transducer, the design of each low power module and the implementation of the two-wire supply method.It can be seen from the experimental data and results that the Low Power Multi-variable Vortex Transducer was competent for the measuring task with its accurate measurement, simple circuit and stable function. Taking consideration of CPU sleep function, the power of whole system can be further lowered and there will be a splendid future for the Low Power Multi-variable Vortex Transducer.
