National Education Platform, Data Broadcasting Protocol Research And Software Design

Following with the fast development of Information techonology,the digital TV has been brougt forward.The digital TV is more flexible and expansile.More good service can be developed on the new platform of digital TV Broadcasting,Such as HDTV, Internet Long-distance education, etc.In the remote places of China, we can transmit a great deal of education coursewares and popular science with CATV network. But in digital TV,the information encoding standard is ISO/IEC 13818-1,the transmit information format is transport stream.So if we want to transmit the courseware, web leaf by CATV netware,we must encapulate these datas to transport stream by the ISO/IEC 13818-1.by doing so,then these coursewares, web leafs can be transmitted by CATV netware.The national education platform is brought forward by the thinking of eliminating the digital gap and developing the long-distance education.Because of the investigation of our national digital TV standard began from 2001 year,the time is not long, the digital broadcasting standard adoptted by many local TV station is Europe standard(DVB),but device producing factory wished to investigate the China own digital TV standard,so the national standard has not been corned out because of the debate of the two system.In national education platform,I investigate the data broadcasting protocol and bring forwad the scheme and implement of the data transmition in national education platform.Chapter 1 gives a brief description of digital TV and digital TV standard and national education platform.Chapter 2 gives a recommendation of data broadcasting protocol and the PSI/SI specification.Chapter 3 gives a investigation of the MPE and Data Carousel Protocol.
