With the development of communication technology, the scale of telecommunication network is becoming larger, and the network is becoming more complex. In order to improve the quality of services and decrease the cost of operations, the network administration system and the central supervision system for Puyang local telephone network are established. It realized central maintenance and administration in uniform pattern for some primary types of switch machines (EWSD,S1240,DMS100,CC08,HJD04,ZXJ10 etc).The main module in this system is redesigned and redeveloped with advanced optimum technology and software development tools. It realizes central operating maintenance and supervision for local network exchange cells.Puyang Netcom Corporation began to establish NOMA2.0 System in June 2002. Based on the actual situation of Puyang local network ,the technicians of China Telecommunication Software Center and I have completed the design of the executive plan, installation of the hardware and software, connecting the network ,and entering the foundational data. We established Puyang local network administration system for switching machines.This system realized remote control and management for most switching machines in Puyang.It satisfied the requirement of automatic saving data,supervising the network performance in real time,andcentralized maintenance and operation for remote area. With understanding the NOMA2.0 system more and more in practices, I have brought forward that we can search the calling database regularly and automatically by the client software of powerbuilder on the basis of the functions that the NOMA2.0 system achieves. Considering the data searched from the database as parameters, we can control the color quality of telecommunication network graph controller . As a result, the circuit group call quantity among main offices in the whole network can be displayed as graphs absolutely and relatively. These graphs provide network observers easy and convenient graphical interfaces. During the maintenance of the actual network operation, many maintenance workers are needed and they have to do the boring,fussy and repeatable work every day. This situation not only wastes a lot of precious human resources but also cause the low reliability. However, I have used the interface of NOMA2.0 system to realize the connection between integrated service engine system,"97"system ,and billing system ,it produces user bills automatically. The technology level of maintenance and administration of Puyang local network is improved and the network maintenance benefit is built up remarkably by the creation,optimization and expansion of local network administration systems. All of these not only provide the technique support for the reform of the running and maintenance systems in telecommunication network, but also give the strong support to the development of telecommunication network management system to achieve the comprehensive network management system in the future.
