112 system, concentrated accepting and measuring system, is a important component of customer service in ZhengZhou CNC. With the development of telcom service and the changing manage method, 112 system built in 1995 can no longer meet the current telcom service requirements. Meanwhile, it has been out of the question in 112 system conformity to customer service system, concentrated accepting, new customer's accepting, system update and so on. In this background , new 112 system construction brings forward.First, the essay introduces the general demand for new 112 system. the system design should fulfill goals and requirements : automate flow processing, centralize accepting , conform with customer service system and modify flow processing at any moment. The project is divided into serval phases. In this stage, local network subscriber line tested automatically must come true.Besides, the essay focus on analyzing key technology deployed by 112 system. Firstly, B/S owns a unified interface, rich information and trans-platform merits . because many disperse connecting terminals, large maintance workload and the increasing numbers of users,B/S is adopted for system structure .Secondly, 112 system chooses emulation as test method by analyzing in aspect of princle,result,cost-time and investment between emulation and test equipment mode . Thirdly,it analyzs the interface between 112 system and customer service system,112 system chooses 112 function flow as simple,hand-off interface.On the basis of deploy technology,it puts forward 112 system design solutions.The system logical structure is composed of processing center, service terminal and sub-system test. Processing center is responsible for test,repair and voice which handled by 112 function flow.Service terminal is set according to the different service and manage,it only requires to login to the web server of 112 system through the web server to operate.sub-system test provides platform through connecting to various switch.The new 112 system has been put into running-in,it reaches the initial development demand and gets a satisfying result during the field utilization.Now call-through rate reaches 98% which is 5% more than old system,busy-hour answer rate reaches 89% which is 19% more than old system.busy-hour test task for individual switch reaches 110 at the most and all performed , qualitative analysis accuracy reaches 91%.They proved technology adopted by system is applied and feasible.
