With the development of computer technology, Management information system has been become the base of modern enterprise and the strong tool by which we manage a great deal data efifectively which is produced in the process of enterprise's management. But, traditional management information system can not meet the need of modern enterprise's data processing diversification and has not complex decision function. Researching Data Mining(DM)'s application is the stand of this paper. With the research of these technology and application, there is very practical meaning that the decision level and decision efficiency of enterprise are been improved.First, this paper introduces the basis content of CRM and data mining.and then it expounds how to solve a few representative questions by data mining technology: customer profit ability analyse, acquisition of customer, cross selling, holding of customer, refinement of customer. The emphasis of research is that how to describe and evaluate the refinement result of customer by two data mining methods - concept description and concept parallel.And then this paper introduces in detail a CRM system's design and implementation, a few questions are researched specially, including system's requirement analyse; application logic structure; datasheet design; data acquisition; data pretreatment; data conversion; analyse result's show; multidimensional relationship rule arithmetic.This paper does significative research about how to design a CRM system on the basis of data mining in manufacture industry. For example, organizing disperse customer and product information afresh according to faced-subject manner on the basis of which customer information can be analysed from difference angle; According to the practical instance that difference history record's reference value for future forecast mode are different, multidimensional relationship rule arithmetic is ameliorated. These works establishs good basis for that CRM system will be implemented fully in the future.
