The paper first introduces composing of the equipment and working principle, then makes simple compare for distinctness between digital signal processor (DSP), embedded system and single-chip microcomputer, finally introduces in detail main technical problems that need resolved in design, which including automatic dial-up calling, building of voice channels, on/off- hook control, communication, reliability and anti-interference, design of hardware circuit (attaching with schematic circuits), etc.Main problems that need resolved in the design are as follows: can realize broadcasting at the same time for multi-user of program-controlled exchanger, communicate with centralized control system, dial at the same time for many users, on/off-hook at the same time for many users, local feed junctor can be distributed automatically, design of reliability and anti-interference etc. In order to realize above functions, employed measures are that all voice information are memoried into PC, then send signal to broadcasting control machine through centralized system, meanwhile broadcasting control machine open the terminal unit (make it in the state of off-hook), with that voice information is sent, and realize megaphone. Real-time communication can be established with centralized system employing serial communication mode. Microprocessor control can be used to realize automatic on/off-hook and dialing for many users. Different users distribute different local feed junctors so as to solve resistance matching and cross talk in communication.According to installation, debugging on site and recent using situation of users, the equipment has good performances and reliable running and achieves anticipative effect, which resolves practical problem for users.
