Ocean manganese nodules mining technology study is listed as special long term development item. Ocean mining is a comprehensive and systematic project, however, in which lifting system is one of the important parts.The author considers that if we know how much press losing in the course of transporting the tubercle, we could get the fixed quantity of the kinetic energy which the ore-lift pump should exert to the tubercle. And then, we could get some parameters about the ore-lift system, such as power, rotate speed etc. Basing on all of these, the paper studies each factor conducing press losing and establishes a fuzzy artificial neural network model of analyzing press losing and forecast.Ore-lift pump variable-frequency adjustable-speed system has higher requirement of function of the machine than common pump does to the static and dynamic state of the adjustable -speed system. And it must have harder machine specific property linear. The paper selects a variable-frequency adjustable-speed system with rotate difference control to realize those demands.In the rotate difference frequency control of variable-frequency adjustable-speed system, we design a new control machine. The current loop selects and uses PI regulator. For velocity loop, we consider to use the fuzzy control with revise factor, which makes the rule of fuzzy controlfulfill self-adjust and self-perfect. Ore-lift pump variable-frequency adjustable-speed system imitating computer emulation is aimed at obtaining better control results.
