Satisfied With The Fault-tolerant Control Based On Lmi

The history and achievements of fault-tolerance control theory and satisfactory control theory is reviewed firstly in this paper following which the satisfactory fault-tolerance control theory, as a new concept, is introduced. After the discussion, we determinate the research task as satisfactory fault-tolerance control via LMI tool.As the field is between satisfactory control theory and fault-tolerance control theory, it is a necessary method to associate the research result of satisfactory control theory with fault-tolerane control theory for the study of satisfactory fault-tolerance control,and what we did in this paper is just to make the association of the two theories by standard LMI form.Using two kinds of feedback manners, the state-feedback and the output-feedback, the poles assignment existing in three typical kinds of LMI Area (including the half plane area with a stability, disc and taper fan-shaped) have been studied in the paper.And based on these research results, the satisfactory fault-tolerance problem existing in one kind of uncertain linear system has been soloved.
