Satisfactory Control is a popular problem in the control engineering field. It hasn't a uniform definition, but it is mainly as follows:Engineering control systems, take the anticipant performerce requirements that marked directly with some region as the objective function, which all kinds of anticipant performerce requirements are satisfied, are called Satisfactory Control systems. On the other hand,if the actuator, the sensor,or the other parts are at fault,closed-loop systems are both stable and provided with ideal speciality via control means.we call this control problem Fault-tolerant Control. This thesis attempts to design and analyse systems by means of combining the idea of Satisfactory Control with the idea of Fault-tolerant Control, which guarantees that the systems have both collectivity satisfactory performance and fault-tolerant speciality. A class of linear stochastic systems is discussed, LMI method is utilized ,the fruits are as follows:(1)Ranges of state-variance index that are consistent with pole index(the circularity charactered with center:-q+jO, radius:r, 0
