Xml-based Operational Instruments Standardized And Applied Research

A new idea of the standardization for operation document with XML technology was putted forword in this paper. And the kernel technology and method: the DTD defined the logic frame ,the XML described the content, and the XSL gave the format, was presented. Then according to the disposal flow of operation document, presented the three-tier architecture of the system.The standardization for operation document avoided the disadvantage of transfer under the traditional file formats, and advaced the automatic disposal ofoperation document in the C4ISR system.Yet, to realize the functions as automatic pigeonhole, register, destroy, distribute, query arid use of operation document, the mature technique of relation database must be used. In allusion to the characteristic of the standardized operation document, the relation and the conversion arithmetic between the standardized operation document and the relation database was researched in the paper. And the design and frame of the database was given in combination with the management of operation document. Moreover, the transfer of the standardized operation document with the Socket technology was introduced in the paper.
