With the scale of the Internet network growing constantly, and the fast development of multimedia technology, people take more and more requirements for the network. Nevertheless it's harder and harder for the current "best effort"(IPv4) to satify those requirements. Thus the study of QoS technology which can supply high standard services for the new generation Internet becomes a important direction in computer field. QoS routing plays a very important role in Qos, and it's getting more and more attention from the researchers.First, this paper analyses the QoS architecture and the main content of QoS routing research, in which it focus on discussing the inaccurate routing information problem and the related study. The inaccurate routing information problem is the emphasis and difficulty of the current QoS routing study. Solving this problem will contribute to the efficiency of network utilization and the advantages of the QoS routing. One of the approaches is to design better link state advertisement(LSA) policies. The main content of this paper discusses and analyses these policies based on which new thinking and methods are proposed, so as to supply reference to the implementation of link state advertisement policy.A commonly used technology clamp-down timer in LSA policies is analysed, based on which a new technology clamp-down flow is proposed to substitute it. In order to validate this new technology, we design and implement a simulation program. Through the results of simulation which compared these two technology, we propose a new method utilization prediction, and design two mode to implement it. Simulation results show that the clamp-down flow increases network utilization and decreases the rate of link failures compared with the clamp-down timer. Combinedwith utilization prediction, we can get better performance.
