Based On Network Planning Design And Implementation

The program is the necessary applied software of the basic physical science research program assigned in 2001 by Henan Committee of Sciences ,that is ,the Study of Overall Method And the Design of Dynamic Network Planning Chart (serial No.0111051100).It is specially designed for the White Dove Group in Zhengzhou ,Henan province. Before the designing and realization of such a network planning technology ,a lot of domestic and foreign literature and materials of the achievement about information management of the program have been read ,the new technology and the trend of program have been learned about ,and the advanced management methods and basic theories have been mastered ,such as Key Route Method ,Chart Evaluation Technology ,and Planning Evaluation Technology. Since it came into being in the 1950s,Network Planning Technology has been attached great importance to by every country of the world .It has been widely used and great achievements have been gained in the planning management of industry ,agriculture ,national defense and complicated scientific research .For example ,it was used in the management of such big projects as the Three-Gorges Project and ZX-X satellite Research project ,thus achieving the superior disposal of the time limit ,resources and cost of the projects. On such a basis, I, making use of the specialty of computer application,applied the advanced method of program information management and the combined technology of computer ,network and database to the practice ,and developed a program management information system based on network planning technology ,such a system made program information possible to be managed efficiently ,safely , regularly and reliably ,it also solved the long-term problems of repetition ,large amount of work ,incorrect data process ,and backward information feedback .It works smoothly and meets the requirements of the original design. Both C/S and B/S system structure have been used to integrate designing in the designing and realization system of network planning technology ,such consumer terminal data as Delphi 6.0,HTML and ASP have been used in programming and large relation database SQL server 2000 have been used in the data management of the server. Program information system of network planning technology has seven function patterns as project upholding ,project planning , quality managing,progress control ,cost plan or performance , comprehensive managing and system upholding .These seven patterns may conduct the track-down and management of information form the foundation ,carrying-out and checks and acceptance of the project. The system has three creative achievements as follows: First ,it can discompose task of the program ,make all the working procedure drawn in the network planning chart according to the sequence ,It also provides such tools as chart ,line ,filling-in ,and eraser for the customers to use in the arrangement of the network planning chart. Second ,it can preserve the adjusted network planning chart in the chart document ,which is easy for printing. Third ,it is very easy for the customers to inquire the basic information of the project .There is limitations on the location and authority of the customers.
