The main purpose of the subject is to model and render the sky natural scenery .So most of the work concentrates on simulating sky natural scenery in virtual environment to improve the fidelity of the virtual environment. Also this paper has explained the basic principles of three methods for simulating natural scene in detail , analyze and compare their characteristics respectively, utilize the Perlin noise model to produce the texture of the sky. The traditional methods are so complicated that they can't keep lower operation complexity to meet the real-time character request for the subject. In order to solve this problem, we choose the particle system as the modeling method of the important scenery of sky: cloud.Combining the subject, this paper has realized a simulation instance of cloud based on the particle system. We improve the technology of realism and real-time in order to fulfilling the real-time rendering of realistic image on the platform of PC. In view of cloud being static, we propose one simplified algorithm of cloud dynamic emulation based on the particle system, succeed in simulating dynamic change of cloud and guarantee the real-time character. Finally, we introduce some realistic effect technology such as sky in big range, fog ,etc..
