Process Industries' Supply Of Raw Materials To Optimize The Management System Design And Software Development

With the progress of Science & Technology and the development of productivity in the 2000 's, the requirement of consumers has improved, the competition among companies has become intensive, in adding change of environment of politic, economic and society, the uncertainty of whole marketing has become harder then before. The influence to the enterprise is high cost and low efficiency, it makes the competitiveness of enterprise weak. In order to increase the efficiency of productivity, reducing the cost of raw material supply is an important method to strengthen the competitiviness of continuous plant. This paper designs an optimal management system of raw material supply for continuous plant by reseaching the SCM idea and intelligent optimal algorithms.According to the characteristic of raw material supply of continuous plant, which has continuous processing, this paper designs an optimal management system of raw material to assure the right production and to aim at minimum raw material cost of enterprise. In the system,there are 3 functional sub systems which including purchase optimization store optimization and quality-price early warning, 2 support sub systems involving computer network and database. The structure and function of all sub systems is also given in this paper.In the process of analyzing functional sub systems which adopt the intelligent optimal technology, this paper introduces the models of purchase strategy, store strategy and quality-price early warning of raw material supply and designs methods to realize the models in the software system by integrating intelligent optimal algorithm. Focusing on the store optimal strategy of raw material supply, the paper depicts the model's creating and the process of the optimal values's finding which solved by genetic algorithm detailedly.This paper analyzes the choice of software's running platform, development tools and database of raw material supply optimal management system. B/S mode and C/S mode are integrated into the system in order to realize the fuctions:dealing with the data of optimal strategy in the intranet and enquiring information from the internet. In addition, the paper also talks something about the creating of database,ABSTRACTcreating dynamic table by SQL statements, improving the ADO ability of processing data and the security strategy of database.At last, this paper shows us the whole optimal management system of raw material supply for continuous plant by cutline, draws a conclusion about fruit of the reseach work and gives some suggestions on the next step.
