Currently, how to get the information of reconnaissance, monitoring and research in sea is one of the most critical problems, which constrain the development of reconnaissance, monitoring and research in sea. However, the problems of how to resolve the long distance in communication and the energy providing for the system must be faced, when we do some research or application in this domain. In this dissertation, we design two projects to resolve some of these problems: one is CAN fieldbus based point-to-point communication system, the other is two lines based communication network in sea.The whole dissertation contents seven chapters.Chapter 1, a survey of the importance of the development of information transmission technology for reconnaissance, monitoring and research in sea is given. The reviews of history and current status of information transmission technology for reconnaissance, monitoring and research in sea domain, fieldbus technology and power line carrier communication technology are also given. At the final of this chapter, the aim and detailed contents of this research project are presented.Chapter 2, the principle and characteristic of CAN fieldbus technology are introduced in detailed. The realization of CAN fieldbus based point-to-point communication system is discussed in detailed on this basis, together with the analysis of the result of experiments.Chapter 3, the characteristic of communication network system in reconnaissance in sea is presented together with the comparison of several local area networks (LAN) and the principle of spread spectrum communication. After these, the choice and analysis of projects are presented. The critical technologies of our project, such as network protocols and net nodes found protocols etc are discussed finally this chapter.Chapter 4, the hardware's realization of two lines based communication network in sea is described. In this chapter some important circuits and parameters are analysed and simulated by Pspice.Chapter 5, the software's realization of the two lines based communication network in sea is discussed. Some soft modules are analysed and presented in this chapter.Chapter 6, the designs of experiments and the analysis of the results are presented. At final of this chapter we compare the first project with second projectand describe the characteristic of them.Last chapter, the research contents and conclusions of this dissertation are summarized, and the prospect of further studies on this project is opened up.
