Millimeter Wave 0 / ¦Ð Phase Shifter Design

This paper presents the principles and manufacture of a V-band phrase -shifter witch is used in the project named "Millimeter wave ISL technology" . The method of HMIC and MMIC are adopted to study the V-band shifter. The design, simulation, fabrication and test results of the method are presented.Ansoft was used to design, optimize and simulate the circuits.
