The Technique of Face Detect and Demarcating is a key problem of the Face Recognition. Since 2001.9.1, how to capture suspicious quickly and correctly becomes an attracting task in anti-terrorist field. The accuracy and betimes of Face Detect and Demarcating have an straight effect on the result of this work, and then the importance of this problem is easy conceivable.The Technique of Face Detect and Demarcating has a characteristic of nor-touched, portability , stabilization, nor-copying and expansibility. And the future has a big roman road. Now there has a very great lot approach and theory in this field. I select an approach which add skin-color info to deformation template when I think hard of this question space.This paper make a integrate and impersonal estimate , and I choose this scheme whick can fit us well to decrease the detecting step and time to process. It discuss the geometry character .projection quality, deformation template and the organic's statistic character deeply , and It offers us to use experimental knowledge to detect face, then use Statistic knowledge to validate . This approach increases accuracy as well reduces false-alarm. I develop a process system named FaceDetect which be realized by using visual C++. FaceDetect can detect a face from a digital photo and demarcate some orgnic character such as eye, mouth etc.Finally, we make a conclusion on skin-color model and deformation template , and make a future lookout on this task.
