J2me-based Wireless E-mail System And To Achieve

Along with the development of chips and the trends of Internet mobilization and personalization, Wireless email service is concerned by more and more researchers. We can image that if mobile phone link to Internet, email service will be enjoyed to any place in any time. Now the modes of wireless email service are SMS, MMS and WAP etc. These modes only simulate the email service and don't use the mass function of email service. Expediency, operation and expansibility isn't satisfied by most people. The paper proposes the wireless mail system based on J2ME.In this paper, first, we take analysis on the evolvement of wireless data service andemail service mode, discuss the selection of the system's solution. Through research ofthe J2ME architecture, we propose the solution based on J2ME. Second, we discuss the design and implementation of treatment function in detail, in which we constitute the communication protocol HBWMP, and propose how to optimize the program in mobile phone. Finally, we conclude what we have done, and show our prospect on the further research.
