In this article, the research and design of a manufacturing system-oriented simulation platform is explored. At first the features of manufacturing industry and in which the existing application of the technique of simulation is introduced. Then by means of analyzing the weakness of the existing simulation system, a concept of a manufacturing system-oriented simulation platform is put forward. At last its detailed design is offered. In this article, agent, which is a new technique in the field of distributed computing is introduced in the design of the distributed fundamental architecture. Meanwhile such new concepts as AI control, hierarchical table of system status, decentralized control model, system data supervisor are put forward, and on which discussion in detail is offered. |
