Based on researches and developments of EC_ISCM(Integrated Chain Management),we use method of component oriented software development, analyse good qualities and shortcoming of UML , ACME and XML, present integrated method of these three languages, and focus on the application of translation from UML to XML in software of electron customs.This paper mainly discusses the electron customs software model of EC_ISCM, the software development process of EC_ISCM, the software modeling process, software formalized languages. The analysis, design and realization of electron customs'architecture and components have been testified in our EC_ISCM project. Firstly,we use the domain engineering theory to abstract the domain demand,build the domain demand model and the domain analysis model. Then,we build up the object structure model and the object behavior model. Lastly,by analyzing the features and advantages of ACME and XML,we find the possibility of combination. We integrate template method with translating method of UML to ACME,and this integrated method acts as abstract method in middle stage, method of UML to XML acts as final translating result.It is proved that this modeling method and translating method make development more precisely and fluently.In the end, we implement electron customs,and find some reused component such as interface > transaction and data component of electron customs.The presented modeling idea and method are in effect after the software exploitation testing.
