Com Component In Data Mining Research

This paper discusses constructing data mining component using COM technology, and proposes a solution of constructing data mining application system with these components. With this solution, the problems such as application system development and maintenance efficiency, the system applicability of actual application domain can be solved. The paper researches on the structure, principle and realization of the COM based data mining application system, especially discusses the design and realization of data mining components and key methods and technologies of system integration.Firstly the paper studies the development and application problems in exited data mining system, and presents a development model of data mining system based on component, and discusses the architecture, principle and characteristic of the system. Then it discusses the design and realization of every component including data access component, pretreatment component, data mining algorithm component and knowledge presentation component. At last, Component realization, classification, usage and integration of application system are studied, and it gives the process of integrating mining component in enterprise manage development and the application effect.
