Since the nineteen's of last century, switch power has been used worldwide step by step. The core of switch power is DC-DC converter. The main factors that affect the performance of switch power is its topology, switch frequency, control mode and its key device units such as the switch tube, energy-storage inductor and pulse transformer. With the development of the electrical electronics, the reliability of DC-DC conversion is greatly improved, and now DC-DC module with both high-voltage and high-power is produced. And all this applies high-frequency DC-DC conversion module to the kernel part of DC power-tank of power plants and transformer substations, which replaces the traditional DC module and boosts the performance a lot. The research of this paper is aiming at this point.This paper presents the application, characteristics and prospects of DC-DC conversion, details various topologies of DC-DC converter and their characteristics, which Buck, Boost, Buck-Boost and Cuk topology. The relations of the output voltageU 0 and occupation rate and input voltage U in are also analyzed. From those points,this paper summarizes a evaluation method for converters based on the employed switch intensity and efficiency, and evaluates a few kinds of converters by this means.In this paper the key technologies of DC-DC converters and their solutions are stressed. Five aspects are emphasized: 1) "soft" switch of zero-voltage and zero-current; 2) digital DC-DC module; 3) electro-magnetism compatibility(EMC) technology; 4) the crafts of DC-DC module; 5) intelligentized monitoring technology.The paper gives the capacity guideline on the foundation of the requirements of the high-frequency DC module in the power system, compares various DC topologies, selects the appropriate circuit topology for the DC-DC module, emphasized its detailed constructure , devised the main circuit, the control circuit, the power circuit, soft-start and protection. Finally the required module comes into being and passes the verification. It is proved that the project is correct and feasible, and the presumed goal is achieved. |
