Tourism e-commerce is the combination of tourism and e-commerce, it has been the most important branch of e-commerce, and its consumption has reached 132 billion dollar in 2002. In China, the application and research of tourism e-commerce is still at elementary level, and there is few mature system. Therefore, it is important to develop a tourism ticketing system which is well compatible to the local business rules, and the research on it is established in this paper.Firstly, to realized the ticket treatment in electronic method, a architecture which include back system, seat management system, ordering system and printing system is constructed, which follows the principle of software design and works in harmony. Then, several key problems is emphasized. For the large amount seats and the complex shape of the field, MVC, mouse drawing, contour detection, trigger and store procedure are used to implement the visual building of seat information, automatic generation of map and real-time publish. To solve the complex flow of ordering, OOA , adapter pattern and facade pattern are used to implement a flow which is flexible and reusable. Because the printing based on internet is in low security and the format control is not easy, a solution based on Web Services and Forms Controls is proposed to realize the remote printing of the ticket. Module and view are divided with MVC pattern which solved the account with multiple currency. Configuration is difficult in web based system, a solution used web.config and global.asax is proposed to configure current system. It is effective to solve the problem with the solution listed above.
