This paper studies and discusses comprehensively the applications of data processing techniques in Track While Scan radar. It begins with studies of filter theory and multitarget tracking theory, and continues to make deep discussion of such topics in the multitarget tracking environment as target movement models, adaptive α-β filtering and prediction, dynamic data association algorithms, and measured data. For radar using purpose ,The data algorithms for NNF and the adaptive a - P filtering and prediction based on " CV " model are studied emphatically.Based on this theory, A conception about flight path dynamic prediction and arithmetic which named adaptive a - P filtering with faking acceleration revising in the spherical coordinate is then presented in this paper, and write code on the real-time operating system which called VxWorks. Many simulations proved the value of adaptive a - P filtering. The application of flight path dynamic prediction in improvement of multitarget tracking performances is also studied and an application example is given.The detailed discussion of application of dynamic data association algorithm based on flight path dynamic prediction in this paper offers an new effective way to solving the multitarget tracking problem in Track While Scan radar.
