With Intellectual Surf 1994-2002

IQ Surfing is a famous TV quiz show in Shanghai since its inauguration 10 years ago in 1994. It has experienced 3 stages。After detailed study to its history,structure and culture,we can conclude the following successful factors. At the inner side, any good TV programs must have a right anchor, editor and feasible operation rules. Of course, program producer is the most decisive factor to program quality. At the outer, any good program must be right to both audiences and social environment. Moreover, aesthetic and cultural viewpoints tell us that good programs should own natures of entertainment, popularity and modernization. IQ surfing is undoubtedly such a typical case with few flaws. Meanwhile,this thesis intends to investigate the theory of producing and broadcasting and in what ways WTO would effect Chinese TV programs；emphasis on 3 questions that Chinese TV program should pay attention to——TV production system effect, TV program originality and exploration for the fundamental theory of program production by some tentative analysis.
