Using VLSI techniques and on the base of FPGA, this dissertation establishes the system scheme and the detailed circuit architecture. A complete infrared image pixels enhance processing system is designed. Detail analysis of the characters on the infrared image. A new method of enhancing infrared image pixels is proposed. This method is also applied to complete microscanning. The image is simulated on the computer and the image quality is improved .On the base of simulation it is realized successfully by hardware system.Furthermore, the optimization technique is utilized in system design. In the system, additional circuit noise and signal interference are discussed deeply. Finally, summing up the experience of researching and indicating the work of the future researching.
