What the article studies is how to design, implement a distributed measure and control system based on C/S, B/S structure, the article analyzes, designs and implements the system from the system architecture. Firstly, the article analyzes the development of the distributed measure and control technology. Then the article analyzes the features of the software platforms, such as J2EE, .NET, CORBA. Accordingly, the article build up the system model based the needs of the user. Finally, the article implements a software system architecture and a application example based on the software system architecture.The article adopts Objected-Oriented thinking to analyze, design a distributed measure and control system based on C/S, B/S structure, the model language is UML (Unified Modeling Language) , the model tool is ROSE2001. the system solution include many kinds of advanced technologies, such as COM> ActiveX ^ ASP.NETv ADO .NET, C # , TCP/IP Socket API. In order to implement the distributed measure and control system based on C/S, B/S structure, the paper adopts the technology of WinSock, MFC, STL and COM in C/S part, the technology of ADO.net, ASP.net, ActiveX, in B/S part, the two parts combine by Web database(SQLServer2000).By the study of the article, we can get a more deep understanding to the software body structure, familiar with the architecture thinking of all kinds of software platforms. We can deep the understanding to Objected-Oriented thinking by analyzing and designing the measure and control system. The article has a good reference value to system designer and programmer, and is a good example to teach also.
