With the development of practice and recognition of human being, the objects to be recognized and studied are becoming more and more complex, and more and more influent factors in decision process are imprecise and fuzzy. As a result, the traditional decision methods can not cope with these difficulties. Therefore, the F-MADM (Fuzzy-Multi Attribute Decision Making) methods are needed to deal with these problems. In particular, when a significant problem which can not be decided by a single decider need to be solved, the F-MAGDM (Fuzzy-Multi Attribute Group Decision Making) methods should be introduced to achieve this goal.The realization of MADM (Multi Attribute Decision Making) is not an easy work. Furthermore, the MAGDM (Multi Attribute Group Decision Making) process needs more than one decider to participate. Consequently, the weight of each decider should be assigned and the decision result of every decider should be synthesized. In addition, in the realization process of F-MAGDM, the fuzzy numbers involved need to be operated and compared. As a result, these F-MADM and F-MAGDM methods usually stay at laboratory and do not be applied in real decision practice.On the one side, the agents in MAS (Multi-Agent System) are humanoid objects, thus the decision process of these objects should have the characteristic of human, that is to say, fuzziness; on the other side, there are often several projects that have many attributes are presented to the agent to decide and choose. Therefore, agent should decide with F-MADM methods.At present, the F-MAGDM and MAS have been widely and separately studied, but they have not been combined to explore. In this paper, the F-MADM methods are introduced into the MAS. In addition, based on the .NET platform, a Fuzzy Multi-Attribute Multi-Agent Decision Making System (FMAD) is constructed by taking advantage of the technologies of software engineer and AOP.With the enlargement of the enterprise scale and development of the enterprise operation, enterprise financing are playing a more and more significant role in enterprise. However, decision making on enterprise financing are facing many attributes and objects that have complex relationship between them. Therefore, the enterprisers require new deciosion patterns to help them to cope with the complex problems of decision making on enterprise financing.Computer technologies are dramatically changing our patterns of solving problem. On the one side, deciders have to face the real situation that is becoming more and more complex; on the other side, many decision-making problems are still solved in an empirical way by human mind. At the same time, many groups are thinking of building a DSS (Decision Support System) to make decision. As a result, the FMAD studied and realized in this paper could be applied as a tool in real decision making on enterprise financing.The main contents of this paper are as follows:1, Construct the model of FMADFirstly, the systematic analysis methods are adopted to analyze the components and elements of the FMAD by referring to the objects in sociology and real world, and then the model of FMAD is constructed. Then the running flow and object relationship model of FMAD are shown. Finally, the systematic evolution of FMAD is studied.The new FMAD structure and corresponding Agent structure brought forward in this paper can be applied not only for F-MADM and F-MAGDM problem but also in many other fields. Moreover, the structure takes full consideration of maintenance and upgrade in the future, for example, the new function module can be appended conveniently to realize new function.2, Analyze and design the FMADAccording to the model of FMAD, two main components of FMAD, the "Agent" and "AgentHome" are analyzed and designed in details from software engineer point of view.3, Software realization of FMADFMAD is realized by C# language based on the .NET platform by combining with AOP theory. Because the "DecisionMaking" component is the foundation of FMAD, it is realized as a main part. At last, some problems in the realization course of FMAD are ananlyzed and solved.4, Application of the FMAD in Decision Making on Enterprise Financing Firstly, the general financing system and enterprise financing system are analyzed, and the "Control system model of decision making on enterprise financing" and the "MAS model of financing" are built respectively. Then the influent factors in enterprise financing, decision process of enterprise financing and decision hierarchy of enterprise financing are studied, and then a decision on enterprise financing by utilizing an F-MADM method is made. Finally, the "DecisionMaking" component of FMAD is taken to realize the same decision process with same parameters and data.By applying FMAD in a practical decision making on enterprise financing process, we can find that FMAD has achieved the original object of this paper. Moreover, FMAD can save the time to decision, avoid many repeated work, reduce the risk of decision, improve the efficiency and reliability of decision.
