This paper shows the latest researches inside and outside of the country, the author develops the math model-base simulation technique of the refrigerating systems in room air-condition. Besides, components of air conditioner and system algorithm are discussed The simulation software for air-conditioners in the use of computer has been developed, which can provide a feasible tool for the development of the new type air-conditioner and the realization of HCFC substitution.Three sectors have been pointed out, which need to be solved in the utility process of computer simulation about the refrigerating systems in room air-conditionerThe basic developing methods of simulation software are farther discussed, which is needed in the development of simulation software about the refrigerating systems The systems have been divided into four main parts: condenser, evaporator, compressor, and capillary. Their performance's simulations have been investigated separately. Base upon, the refrigerant measurement has been introduced, which helps the four parts to come into being the main module in series.This paper researches diathermancy and fluidity of condenser, evaporator, compressor, and capillary in detail. Maths models of condenser, evaporator, compressor, and capillary are established and model predigesting and modifying methods are done Methods are given in this paper, which can transfer the practical system into the simulating system. In the basis of refrigerating system character, components models are modified in the system administrative levels. The corresponding model and algorithm are formed.Based on the algorithm and model, the simulating software of air-conditioner refrigerating system is brought forward. The programmer is composed of two kinds of modules: main module and sub modules. All modules are connected with vivid inputting and outputting interfaces. So the simulating models for air-conditioner refrigerating system are formed. A friendly visibility interface of the simulation software is developed with Visual Basic.The experimental system is specially designed. The special experiments of heat transferring, capillary and compressor are established. They help to acquire somenecessary data and verify the theoretical models.The simulation software of refrigerating systems in room air-conditioner is successful in calculating the product characteristics or designing new products for CHUNLAN Company, which prove the practicability of achievements of this dissertation.
