The research item of the finished paper—some theoretical problems and practice of the testing and controlling system of refrigerating capacity for refrigerant compressors—comes from the Zhejiang Natural Science Fund(501080) and Zhejiang Scientific Research Item(2004C21045).The paper mainly focuses on the theoretical and technical problems faced in the testing and controlling system of small refrigerant compressors. According to the viewpoint of the dynamic distributing parameters and taking sectional micro-element as study object, the micro-elemental models of heat-sending linking chain of the subassembly in the refrigerating circulation and the controlling models of the relations between the key working conditions neighboring the refrigerating circulation working points are established, via investigating the changing process of the inner heat-sending and quality-sending in the refrigerating circulation course; the confirmation of the refrigerating dosage filling amount is studied with the breakthrough point of studying and choosing void fraction models; the controlling methods and techniques applicable to hardware systems is put forward with the utilization of Random function studies; measuring principles and criteria of the amount of refrigeration of small refrigerant compressors is amended and some factors affecting measuring stability is also indicated. And finally the whole-scale framework of the amount measuring of small refrigerant compressors is offered.On the basis of the mastery and summery of the technical and theoretical data of the measuring and controlling system on the amount of small refrigerant compressors, the first chapter of the paper classifies and sorts out the technical and theoretical status quo and developing trend of the system. Focusing on the similarities and differences between international, European standards and Chinese standards, it points out the concepts and definitions that our national standards should revise and that the requirements and criteria proceedings that special attention should be paid. It also brings forward the innovational features of the study.The second chapter of the paper advances the technical requirements and designing essentials of the whole-scale framework of the amount measuring of small refrigerant compressors and some key parts such as condenser, heat-measurer and dominating hardware.The third chapter firstly discusses the dialectical relations between the dynamic and static conditions, distribution and centralization of thermodynamic models and the basic methods of thermodynamic model establishment.
