E-business can be regarded as the embodiment of enterprise' s external information integration. Traditional E-Business mode, such as Static Web E-Business and mutual Web E-Business, attracts more customers and increases portfolio to some degree. However, with the development of international economy, enterprise will face more chance and challenge, traditional E-business mode will show its drawbacks such as information faultage, poor integration and low efficiency, which are sure to hinder the development step of world economic. Different from Traditional E-business, Dynamic E-business takes use of open standard technology, and is able to adapt ever-changed E-business flow and related system of enterprise. The appearance of Dynamic E-business triggered a revolution in E-business field, and it will take the place of traditional E-business sooner or later. *The core of Dynamic E-business is Web Service, which adopts XML as the uniform data format, and associates open standard such as SOAP protocol, UDDI, and WSDL. Because of the merit of platform independency and expandability, with the help of expandable groupware service, Dynamic E-business can link application programs in different location and on various platforms. Using Dynamic E-business, as long as they supply the key business application to the authorized suppliers and customers, enterprise can achieve information integration between enterprises (B2B) without any difficulty, thus, reduce time and cost greatly. Therefore, even medium and small-sized enterprise without much fund can realize B2B integration, and explode their construction achievement to others, which, on the contrary, accelerates the development of Dynamic E-business.With object-oriented method, using Java as background processing language, Servlet as logical processing tool, and XML as uniform data format, this paper implemented Business Process Redesign for wuxi YH semiconductor Co. Ltd. Redesign system adopted HTTP protocol bounded SOAP as transmission mode, and JSP as displaying tool. Apart from that, this paper designed a practical program, which realized concurrent operation of static web E-Business, mutual Web E-Business and Dynamic E-business. This program runs on Internet, which can decrease exchange cost and improve efficiency distinctly.
