| Equipment inspect tour is very important in safety running of water power station. To increase the convenience and availability of inspection tour and to increase the data utilization ratio, the paper researches in auto recognize and data warehouse and data mining. The paper also discusses advantages and effects about these technologies. At last, it introduces a new inspection tour system. The inspection tour system adopts the bar code to identify the power equipment, collects the parameters with a portable data collector and then manages them by data warehouse. The results can be browsed in the Web site or be retrieved by other MIS system. The system also can analysis the running trend of the power equipment and see relative curve between too parameters for running person to reference, so as to detect equipment fault early and to insure the safety of power equipment. The system have some new ideas in maturity, availability, exactness of tour work and it also attempt to increase the data utilization ratio by data mining. |
