| The optoelectronic (0-E) precise tracking technology is a core technology in the field of navigation, test and control (TT&C). As a hardware of 0-E precise tracking system, tracking servo system plays a key role in the manufacturing of it. Position precision speed precision and speed stability are important factors in the design of 0-E tracking system, so the problem of speed-measuring is a continuous study task in servo system.As the digital process is speeding up, a total digitalized method of servo system is a necessary trend in future, however how to solve digital control in real time become a key problem. At present, the development of DSP (especially the serial of TMS320) settle the material basement for the total digitalized method of servo system, and make the modern control theory project practise in real time. According to this aspect, in the speed-measuring system, taking the 718 gimbals model as an object, in the circumstance of open loop control system, this paper use the encoder to realize highly accurate measures for the speed of motor by means of the latest digital signal processor (DSP) TMS320LF2407, and a some arithmetic-the methods of alterable M/T. This establishes a firm basement for the further realization of a total digitalized method in servo system. The main research contents are as follows:First, influencing factors of analogue and digital speed-measuring are discussed in detail, the methods of measuring speed based on digital pulse counting are comprehensively studied, which provide theoretic bases for establishing experimental project used the methods of alterable M/T and position difference to realize low speed measuring for motor, and provide powerful guarantee for fartherly improving the precision of speed-measuring and extending the range of speed-measuring.Secondly, tacho system is mainly made up of TMS320LF2407 and CPLD, low speed-measuring for motor is completed by the method of alterable M/T. |
