E-commerce-oriented Data Mining Research And Implementation

In the last decades, the database techniques and the magnanimity memory techniques has developed much. With the progress people have stronger ability to collect data. Now we have enough data, but we are lack of useful "knowledge" . How to get knowledge from the magnanimity data? Data mining is the answer to this question. A certain data mining process is different to another because of their application backgrounds. So we need a general process model of data mining to guide a certain mining task.E-commerce has become popular with the flourish of the Internet. It is a new pattern of business. E-commerce system produces a mass of data when it serves customers. Data mining has become a requirement of e-commerce.This paper describes basic theory of data mining and presents a general process model of data mining. In this paper, we do some research on e-commerce oriented data mining. This paper also describes how to establish a distributed enterprise application by the example of using J2EE model to establish ZXMEC (ZX Medical E-Commerce). Then with the guidance of general process model, we have completed bid-interesting analysis of ZXMEC and realized two decision tree algorithms.
