At present, the ministry of commerce and acquisition of the enterprise data scattered, data centralization and information integration with low levels, this kind of situation gradually already can not adapt to the industry and Commerce Department under the new situation of data analysis and management to make decisions. Especially on enterprise credit rating classification management, vast amounts of data urgent need of data mining technology support, in order to improve the industry and Commerce Department work decision-making ability and data analysis ability, better guide industry and Commerce Department business work and better service to the local economy.To realize the industry and commerce system enterprise credit rating classification management, the first important problem is fully utilize existing enterprise information and related data, for industry and commerce at various levels and departments, management personnel and related enterprises and institutions to provide relevant data query data vol.165, etc. This paper studies the proposition is aiming at the problem of generation, this paper discussed in industry and commerce system enterprise credit rating classification this to regulate the problems in the process of foundation, unifies my work practice is proposed in industry and commerce system enterprise credit ratings classified regulation in applying the data mining technology solutions.C4.5 algorithm is of data mining is a classic decision tree classification algorithm, it choose maximum attribute of information gain rate as the test attributes, but C4.5 algorithm produces decision tree tend to have more leaf nodes (fragments). This paper gives an improved algorithm R-C4.5 algorithm, it in branching process, merger information entropy higher part branches, thus effectively avoid debris problem.This paper first Outlines in our country at present of the ministry of commerce of informatization development process, the enterprise and the related data integration of information in the present, and then to the industry and commerce business management system of part of data as the research object, by using the data mining of association rules to try to enterprise's credit rating in the management of each component of the interdependence of the excavations, using a classification technology to study the effect of enterprise credit rating is the main factor, use C4.5 decision tree algorithm and improvement of R-C4.5 decision tree algorithm respectively, finally by generating decision-making tree decision tree produces classification rules. Through the search for the valuable relationships and regularity, the enterprise credit rating classification, enterprise supervision of the actual work can rise the auxiliary function, and provide certain decision support.
