| With the development of control theory, the control system is more and more complex. The research of automation is also absorbing many research idea of System Science in recent years. To combine different control system together to solve some control problems has been a focus research now. This paper deeply discusses the cascade control system and the Smith-predictor system of the conventional control system, states a combination system between them in order to improve the weaken control quality of the cascade system which involve a negligible large time-delay in its inner loop. Through a lot of simulation experiment and a brief theory inference, we conclude the character and quality of the combination system. The combination system has some great advantages, which is proved by the simulation experiment. To import the Smith predictor into cascade control can improve the weaken control quality caused by the large time-delay in it, and reduce the predictor's sensibility to object parameters. It ameliorates the disadvantages of the Smith predictor from control method combinations, and then improves the robust-quality to parameter change.We also have a research about the combination system between the cascade control and the fuzzy control. Through lots of simulation experiment, deeply discuss the structure of the cascade fuzzy control system and get the final project. The simulation experiments state that to import the fuzzy logic controller to the cascade control system can greatly improve the control quality of the cascade control, shorten the settling time and boost up the resistance to the inner loop disturbance. |
