The Study Of New-type Sensor Based On Dif-height

The sensor based on dif-height is a new type sensor for measuring angle. The sensor is brought forward based on plane measurements of trace recording vehicle. It can measure height and transform signals directly, avoid the problem that error becomes bigger with the height increasing. So, the sensitivity and differentiation of the senor is improved. Also, the sensor is applied for railway measure, building or attitude measure for tank, ship, aeroplane and robot. The sensor is used widely.The background and the operating principles of the sensor are described. The paper also analyzes the success and deficiency which has been acquired in the early experiments. Based on them, the paper puts forward two plans including overall project design, mechanical configuration design, circuit design.... Particular analysis and explanation are given for every part.Also, for faint signal and strong noise of the sensor, A/D data collection board and the plan for numeral processing are used for canceling interaction with environment change.At the end of the paper, we experiment and analyze the sensor for its static characteristic to prove the practicality of the sense and feasibility of the plans.
