This paper,based on the analysis of the inter-office signaling system developments in the HJD04 switching system,has put forward a concrete project which can realize SS7 and ISUP functions through the studies of the SS7 system and its implementation principles in the HJD04 exchange as well as the researches into the ISDN and ISUP application protocols.
