Rdf-based Knowledge That The Study Of Mechanisms

Knowledge Presentation is presenting the knowledge of domain in question and experience knowledge of experts with a symbol that computer can recognize ?Now, many matured and special KP methods have been bring forward, but they have different character in their fields. Therefore, a new KP used in Web is being seek that can be the base of intelligent application field of Web. XML, RDF, the new technology of Web, is providing a new direction for KP.The Resource Description Framework (RDF), developed under the auspices of the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C), is an infrastructure that enables the encoding, exchange, and reuse of structured metadata. RDF does not stipulate semantics for each resource description community, but rather provides the ability for these communities to define metadata elements as needed. This mechanism is suitable for the description of other domain information. Therefore, introducing RDF into KP is very significative.Firstly, in this paper, we introduced the traditional methods of KP, and their application field; secondly, we discussed the RDF technology, especially metadata, XML and the relationship between XML and RDF; What's more, combining RDF technology, we bring forward a KP method based on RDF, its format, syntax and semantics. In the end, we applied the new KP based on RDF to the Natural Gas Scheduling Decision Support System in Emergence.
